Two U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are performing a medical casualty evacuation drill on a third soldier lying on a litter/stretcher. The standing soldiers are applying a cervical collar and head immobilization device to the simulated casualty near a military HMMWV (Humvee) vehicle. This appears to be a field medical training exercise conducted in a grassy outdoor environment.
