Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet Matthew McCulla from Air Force ROTC Detachment 595 from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, carries a weighted training bag through an obstacle course at the Crash Fire Station on MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., July 6, 2018.
