Master-at-Arms 3rd Class Braedon Finney, assigned to Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Fargo, assists students build a racecar at Minnesota State University Moorhead’s College for Kids summer camp during Fargo-Moorhead Metro Navy Week.
