U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Marc Jellison, a combat engineer with 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, receives the Engineer Equipment Marine of the Year Award during an awards ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., July 26, 2018. During pre-deployment training, he assisted Camp Pendleton’s Facilities Maintenance Division in fire break maintenance throughout Camp Pendleton totaling 135 man-hours and 15,505.7 cubic yards of terrain displaced.
