180717-N-GM597-015 Portsmouth, Va. (July 17, 2018) The entrance of Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) chapel features NMCP’s seal and USNS Comfort’s (T-AH-20) crest, as well as the name “Chapel of Comfort,” in stained glass and are lit by LED lights. The stained glass pieces at the entrance were installed in February. Inside the chapel and behind the altar, the last of six stained glass windows was installed in NMCP’s chapel, marking another step toward the completion of its transformation into the “Chapel of Comfort.” (U.S. Navy photo by Rebecca A.
