U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Vincent E. Buggs, incoming commander, 364th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), returns the Colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Michael T. Buggs, a native of Bossier City, Louisiana, is a 28-year Army veteran and a graduate of Georgia Southern University.
