Soldiers on Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq participated in a training exercise, Sept. 5, to rehearse their reactions in the case of a mass casualty scenario. Units from all over the base reacted to the call for first responders and security at the location of the "point of impact," near the dining facility. Those first at the scene triaged wounded personnel and rushed them to the nearest aid station.
