Sgt. Xavier Perkins, assigned to 16th Sustainment Brigade, assists a simulated casualty to safety during a situational exercise during the 2018 21st Theater Sustainment Command Best Warrior Competition July 09, 2018 at Baumholder, Germany.
During the exercise, competitors had to respond to indirect fire, assess and treat a simulated casualty, consolodate additional casualties, and prepare a 9-line MEDEVAC request.
