The Duluth Air Show is an annual event at the Duluth International Airport that attracts spectators from around the state and northern mid-west area. Attendees had the opportunity to see a number of aerial acrobatics from a variety of different aircraft. This year’s line up included a B-25, P-51, and the US Air Force Thunderbirds. Many Minnesota Guard units participated in the weekend’s events to include the neighboring 148th Fighter Wing. Other units who come were St. Paul-based 133rd Airlift Wing. Their 109th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron set up mock medical lift scenario in the C-130H for the crowds to see. The Minnesota Air Reserve 934th Airlift Wing was also in attendance.
