JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Lt. Col. Kenneth Radford took command of the 176th Wing's 176th Operations Group in a ceremony here June 13, 2018. He previously commanded the wing's 249th Airlift Squadron. Col.
