U.S. Marine Maj. Thomas Garnett, the communication strategy officer with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Southern Command (SPMAGTF-SC) carries supplies to a simulate evacuation control center on July 15, 2018 in Belmonpan, Belize. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are conducting security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
