Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Randal Walters, assigned to guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86), dips the eye while securing forward mooring lines to a bollard as guided-missile frigate USS Ingraham (FFG 61) prepares to moor pierside. Ingraham is returning home from a two week Trident Fury exercise in the waters west of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Trident Fury is a joint training exercise developed by Canada's Pacific Joint Task Force Headquarters for the purpose of building a strong working relationship between the maritime and aviation forces of the United States and Canada.
