Maj. Gen. William E. Rapp (left), who will assume duties as deputy commander – support, United States Forces – Afghanistan, in the coming weeks, tours the Joint Programs Office Mine Resistance Ambush Protected lot during a visit to Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, Sept. 12, 2011.
