    A soldier with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) followed a radial seam underwater to get out from underneath a canopy after a simulated water parachute landing during water survival training at their battle assembly, Sept. 10.
