Lanette Wright (right), sergeant major of 4th MLG, during a Change of Command ceremony at the CLR-4 headquarters in Kansas City, Mo., July 14, 2018. Change of Command ceremonies mark the passage of command from one Marine to another, symbolizing the transfer of responsibilities of his or her command position.
