Maj. Gen. Kevin M. Iiams, incoming commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, addresses guests after assuming command from Maj. Gen. Mark R. Wise during the 3rd MAW change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., July 13. Iiams previously served as the commanding general of Marine Corps Training and Education Command. Iiams addressed his new Marines saying, "We’re going to focus on the things that have always made this MAW great.
