A ceremonial unveiling of a 9/11 memorial artifact is taking place at what appears to be a military or fire station installation. Two officials — one in a fire department dress uniform and one in a U.S. Air Force dress uniform — are removing a black drape from a steel beam fragment mounted on a wooden pedestal. The memorial includes a plaque reading 'GOD BLESS AMERICA,' an FDNY '343' emblem, and an identification tag labeled 'I-0078J,' indicating this is a piece of World Trade Center steel.
