NORFOLK, Va. (July 9, 2018) - Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Eric P. Atkinson, from Akron, Ohio, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) security department, receives his certificate of appointment to the rank of petty officer second class from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford’s commanding officer.
