Col. John S. Kolasheski, the commander of 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, puts the 4th Inf. Div. patch on the right sleeve of Lt. Col. John Cook, the commander of 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd BCT, 4th Inf. Div. during a shoulder sleeve insignia, former wartime service ceremony at Camp Nathan Smith, Sept. 11. The ceremony was held on the brigades 100th day in combat but it also coincided with the 10th anniversary of the attacks on 9/11.
