A luncheon was held for the National Day of Prayer and Key Note speaker Chaplin, Maj. Gen. (Ret) Cecil Richardson, former chief of chaplains, gave a few words on the Art of Belonging at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., May 2, 2018. The theme of the luncheon and the overall message of Richardson’s words were consistent with one of Col.
