Round table discussion...Navy Vice Adm. Raquel C. Bono, director of the Defense Health Agency, shared a candid conversation with Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) Referral Management staff including Mr. Eli Fale (Left), and Ms. Dawn Geron, on such topics as appointment processing, contractual concerns and credentialing procedures. "Tell me what I need to fix when I get back home and what can we do to make it better," Bono directly asked the staff, who were the initial stop of her visit to the command. The entire focus of the visit was to receive frank feedback on the deployment of MHS GENESIS and discuss the implementation, issues, and improvements. NHB deployed the new electronic health record on Sept. 23, 2017 for service members, veterans and their families as one of the four sites in the Pacific Northwest along with U.S. Air Force 92nd Medical Group at Fairchild Air Force Base, Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor and Madigan Army Medical Center (Official Navy photo by Douglas H Stutz, Naval Hospital Bremerton Public Affairs Officer).
