McAneny, commandant of the National War College, presents University of Nebraska Head Football Coach Bo Pelini with a flag flown over the ballistic missile submarine USS Nebraska. McAneny visited the university's athletics facilities during Omaha Navy Week, one of 21 Navy weeks across America in 2011. Navy weeks are intended to show the investment Americans have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
