Pfc. Christopher F. Garcia, an administrative specialist with the Installation Personnel Administration Center, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron and a Lompoc, Calif., native, participates in an active shooter with mass casualty scenario drill aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Aug. 30. The Provost Marshal’s Office, with the cooperation of IPAC Marines and an H&HS Aircraft, Rescue, and Firefighting first response crew, practiced disarming an assailant and assessing gunshot victims in preparation for any emergency situation that may arise during the upcoming MCAS Miramar Air Show.
