VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (June 19, 2018) Sailors assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group (EODGRU) 2 and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit (EODESU) 2 set up a tent as part of a mobility exercise in preparation for potential disaster response operations. The MOBEX, held at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (JEBLCFS), is designed to train and evaluate mobility skills for future tasking. EODGRU 2 is headquartered at JEBLCFS and oversees Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2 and all east coast based EOD mobile Units.
