Free car washes, like the one being done here, were available to community members as part of the Fort McCoy Army birthday celebration June 14, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The car wash is operated by the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR). The day also featured free drive-thru breakfast by DFMWR and a lunch celebration at McCoy's Community Center. All festivities were managed by DFMWR. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T.
