Ronald Alan Plunkett, a former 3rd Group Special Forces medic and physician's assistant, June 16, 2018 at Sicily Drop Zone at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Rodriguez made the trip to Fort Bragg from California in order to honor his best friend's final wish.
