U.S. Navy Seaman Blair Rhule, 3rd platoon, Field Medical Training Battalion West, drags a simulated casualty during the casualty training assessment portion of a Field Medical Service Technician (FMST) course, at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, June 19, 2018.
