    Petty Officer 2nd Class James Gallagher, Petty Officer 2nd Class Benjamin MacPhee and Seaman Joseph Salais-Magana, aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Terrapin, conduct a tow of the commercial fishing vessel Lady Law off Newport, Ore., Mar. 28, 2018.

    The cutter crew, as well as boat crews from Coast Guard Station Siuslaw River and Coast Guard Station Yaquina Bay, ensured the commercial fishing vessel Lady Law and the four people aboard were safely moored in Newport.
