Five-year-old Cameron Spray watches with eager eyes as Roger Lander, a balloon artist who calls himself the Balloon Buffoon, makes an alien for him Aug. 26 at the Chapel Support Center on McChord Field, Wash., during a back-to-school carnival event for families with children enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program. The event provided entertainment for the kids and an abundance of information for the adults from a wide array of support services on JBLM.
