    Capt. Terry Shields, commander, Iron Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, provides a status update to his higher command utilizing the assistance of his radio transmission operator and the Nett Warrior system in the vicinity of Kaunas, Lithuania, June 13, 2018.
