Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 6, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward), delivered hundreds of boxes of fresh and frozen foods items to several bases in and around Helmand’s volatile Sangin district, Aug. 26. For the troops operating in this region, foods like these are a welcomed change of pace from the Meals-Ready to Eat many are accustomed to eating on a day-to-day basis.
