U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgts. Eric Moss, contracting officer from the 354th Contracting Squadron and Tamica Rippke, pay agent of the 354th Comptroller Squadron, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, work with Vietnamese vendors to satisfy contract requirements for improvements to three medical clinics in Ha Tinh province, Vietnam, on Aug. 22, in support of Engineering Civic Action Program Pacific Unity 2011. The operation, led by 13th Air Force, includes more than 60 U.S. and Vietnamese service members, contractors and support personnel, and helps cultivate common bonds, foster goodwill and improve relationships between the United States and Vietnam.
