The joint Air and Army Guard unit known as the 19th CERFP or Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radiological and high-yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package went through four days of validation training. The unit, which responds to civil emergencies, is expected to be certified mission ready by October 2011.
