Tony Ceraolo, commander, Sector San Francisco, pins a chief petty officer collar device on to Chief Petty Officer Elizabeth Meister, food services officer at Sector San Francisco, during a meritorious advancement ceremony at the 2018 Navy League National Convention held in Portland, Ore., June 8, 2018.
Meister was meritoriously advanced to chief petty officer as part of being the recipient of the Douglas A. Munro Award for Inspirational Leadership.
