A rescue worker wearing a red/orange helmet with goggles and navy blue uniform is assisting an injured person seated against concrete rubble debris. The seated individual appears to be a simulated casualty with a mock wound/injury prop visible on their lower leg, and is holding a yellow triage tag. This appears to be a search and rescue training exercise based on the staged debris field and simulated injuries.
