Military personnel in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are conducting a medical evacuation exercise in an open field. Soldiers are carrying a casualty on a stretcher toward a military cargo truck, while others load or prepare equipment at the vehicle's rear. The scene appears to be a training exercise based on the organized, deliberate nature of the activity.
