Soldiers from the Texas Army National Guard, 1-141 Infantry Battalion, are transported to Miroslawiec Air Base, Poland on a C-17 Globemaster III during exercise Swift Response 18 on June 8, 2018. The passengers were transported by members of the Hawaii Air National Guard to conduct a static line jumps for a joint-forcible entry operation. Other aircraft from U.S. Air Forces in Europe and the NATO Heavy Airlift Wing at Papa Air Base, Hungary, teamed up with the guardsmen to airdrop approximately 600 soldiers and 12 heavy equipment platforms throughout the day.
