Parker during an all-hands call alongside the Arleigh Burke-Class guided-missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112). USS Michael Murphy is currently in Portland, Ore. for the annual Rose Festival and Navy Fleet Week. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard Members from the U.S. and Canada making the city a port of call. (U. S.
