    PORTLAND, Oregon (June 08, 2018). Rear Adm. Darren Hanson, deputy commander, U.S. 3rd Fleet, center, meets with Portland Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center representatives while visiting the medical center as a part of Portland Rose Festival Fleet Week 2018. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard members from the U.S. and Canada making the city a port of call.
