Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Catherine Gallagher, a boatswain’s mate at Station Hatteras Inlet, organized and led the Salute to Life bone marrow registry at Coast Guard Station Oregon Inlet in Nags Head, North Carolina on June 6, 2018.
