Darren Hanson, deputy commander, U.S. 3rd Fleet, center, gives remarks during a presentation with other flag officers from the U.S. Air Force, Army and Coast Guard during a Defense Support of Civilian Authorities (DSCA) senior leadership seminar held at the Armed Forces Reserve Center on Camp Withycombe, in Clackamas, Oregon, as part of Portland Rose Festival Fleet Week 2018. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard members from the U.S. and Canada making the city a port of call.
