    Ichiro Nagata from Japan speaks with Sgt. 1st Class Adam Sokolowski, a Somerville, New Jersey native with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit’s Service Pistol Team, during the the 2018 World Action Pistol Championships in Columbia, Missouri May 19. The three-day, four-event action pistol competition drew more than 160 competitors from eight countries and 33 states. The WAPC only occurs every two years and rotates host countries. The last time it was in the United States was in 2008.
