MUSCAT, Oman — Master Sgt. Rodney Haesemeyer, 35th Engineer Brigade, Task Force Spartan, uses a soda can and electrical wiring found in trash to make a dummy improvised explosive devices (IED). The fake IED is part of a practical exercise where Omani Soldiers demonstrated their equipment and tactics, techniques and procedures from their playbook combined with what had been shared the previous days from the U.S. Soldiers.
