(May 24, 2018) Electronics Technician (Navigation) 2nd Class Christian Messmore, assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Buffalo (SSN 715), rings a bell in honor of each submarine and crew lost in service during the annual Memorial Day "Tolling the Boats" ceremony at Deterrent Park on Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor.
