ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 3, 2018) -- Air Traffic Controller 2nd Class Anthony Moore, from Green Bay, Wisconsin, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) operations department, is promoted to the rank of petty officer second class during a frocking ceremony. Ford is currently underway conducting test and evaluation operations.
