Dwyer, Chief of Staff, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/U.S. 6th Fleet along with other participants, place wreaths during a Memorial Day and World War I centennial commemoration ceremony at Normandy American Cemetery, France, May 27, 2018. Admirals from U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa and U.S. 6th Fleet traveled throughout Europe visiting American cemeteries and monuments to honor the lives and legacies of fallen U.S. and allied service members that paid the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their countries.
