Outlaw Troop, 4th Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment stages their vehicles prior to departing for a tactical road march, May 28, 2018. Outlaw Troop is the U.S. Army Europe's contingency reaction force for Saber Strike 18 and will convoy north to Latvia to support the multinational exercise scheduled for June 3 - 15. A CRF must be ready to deploy on a no-notice mission within 48-hours of the alert, referred to as Readiness Posture 2.
