    A flower laying ceremony held at the Memorial of Chaudun (Aisne) erected for the Soldiers who fought in World War I, especially the battle fought on July 18, 1918.
    2nd Infantry Division Deputy Commanding General – Maneuver BG Jon Howerton and SGM Camacho along with Major General Joseph M. Martin Commanding General, 1st Infantry Division and Command Sergeant Major Craig Bishop, 1st Infantry Division participated in the flower laying ceremony and presented gifts to the Mayor of Chaudun and other civilians who have been instrumental in preserving this monument.
