    Sgt. 1st Class Roscoe Driscoll, an information technology specialist with 521st Troop Command Battalion, Maine Army National Guard works to set up the command and control tent as part of an exercise to test the New England Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Package's (CERF-P) response to a CBRN event at Joint Base Cape Cod, Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts May 15, 2018. Soldiers and Airmen from Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts are participating.
