Matthew Mansell, of Stillwater, Okla., and other soldiers from the 2-45th Agribusiness Development Team, Oklahoma Army National Guard, pets Ilsa, a 2-year-old German shepherd therapy dog, Aug. 4 at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center. Ilsa is handled by Scott Anderson, a volunteer through the Welcome Home Dogs. Welcome Home Dogs, a volunteer organization of handlers and dogs, recently started visiting Camp Atterbury soldiers as they work through the mobilization and demobilization process.
